Insecurities have a way of clouding our visions.
They completely skew our outlook to the point where we not only see our own abilities for less than they are, but also skew how we see others.
A comment can be interpreted as an attack, a look as judgement. Something innocent immediately can become a matter of extreme seriousness.
We can never accept that.
Those insecurities are enemies, but they can also be allies. Insecurities keep us humble, but only if we know how to listen to them.
