When it is all Said and Done

The effort was difficult but necessary. Now that it is done, excuses are out of the way. But that’s the thing with excuses: sometimes they are real.

At times we must submit to exterior demands at the cost of our interior desires. No one is free from this reality. How we handle it is what differentiates us. The sojourn should be just that, short.

The added benefit is a reflection on effort. If we are able to put effort towards things that we don’t want but need to do, imagine how it will be when we dedicate the same energies to what we truly want.
