Playing in the Silence

It helps if our interests are varied and the creative output is focused in different directions. Attention away from the craft can lead to unexpected breakthroughs. In today’s world, we are provided with constant input. Our brains are never given a break unless we give it one.
Going outside with headphones and podcasts playing is enjoyable but might limit the contemplative opportunity.
Do not forget the benefits of playing in the silence.
Energies re-directed are not energies lost.
