A useful question to focus on during the day is this: how much can I get done in twenty-five minutes?
You’d be surprised.
The Pomodoro Method is simple. One focuses on the task at hand for twenty-five minutes. At the end of that time, take a five minute break. If the task requires more than the initial twenty-five minutes, begin another Pomodoro.
Our goals can be intimidating. And facing them and they presumed amount of time they require can breed paralysis.
To break that, consider again the question: what can I get done in twenty-five minutes?
