Comparisons are easy but dangerous.

Sometimes it’s easy to see how others are superior or worse in some capacity. We perceive that which we lack. Why is it that that is so easy to notice?

Maybe understanding that which we lack is not a mechanism to bring on self-loathing, but a call for us all to understand that which makes us unique. That which we have, special to us, that makes us valuable.

The inner-lives of others is a mystery. That’s dividing to remember when we are comparing our own to what we see on the surface of someone else.
