The powers of articulation should not be underestimated. When life blindsides you, the act of writing in a journal is a way to clarify thoughts. It is a simple act, and one that we all forget – even those who have dedicated themselves to journaling. But there comes situations where we remember, and we sit down to face the page and our minds put everything in order. That order is nonexistent, not really, anyway. But that doesn’t matter. We have created our own order, and as we have done so we have been shown a path to a solution. It really is a powerful thing.
