The body gets in the way of productivity. When broken down, lamenting wasted time while well is easy to do. Time wasted can never be recovered. If only there were a way to remember the feeling of loss while healthy.
We are who we are and procrastination is part of us. When the body is telling us to slow down, better to listen. When we are well, jump back on that horse with a renewed sense of urgency.
