A Planned Calm

Planning and organization is a stress reducer. Our responsibilities can get away from us, and in trying to make everything work we go into crisis mode. That heightened state is exhausting. At a certain point, your mind cannot take it anymore; it needs to rest.

Organizing and planning will be stressful as well up front, but once in the thick of things the flow will be almost a pleasure.

Take the time to organize the tasks at hand down to its smallest viable form. Tackle it piece by piece.
