Methods develop as we develop. Nothing is fixed. The approach will change as will the results.
We never know what works. Trying different methods is useful coupled with the acceptance that most will fail. But one must be careful falling in love with the next shiny tool, convinced it is the key.
The only key for success is within.
Tools have their advantages, but nothing more is necessary than the basics. At a certain point, methods become their own form of procrastination.
We already have everything that we need.
