Whether we like it or not, we are part of a community. Yet, we the feeling of being alone, of feeling different is quite common.
And yet, behind the mask of polite interactions, the wounds are similar.
When we get a chance to express doubts and frustrations without fear of judgement we not only help ourselves, we help those around us feel less alone. One must have courage to share — that is true enough — but once the fear is conquered the looks on the eyes on those around you will speak plainly saying, “I understand.”
